Code of ethics
Competition law and policy, in France and in Europe, prohibits with heavy and various sanctions agreements and decisions taken by professional associations and collaborative practices leading to the prevention, restriction or distortion of competition within the common market.
This is why Think Smartgrids is adopting, in order to comply with the utmost transparency and respect for competition laws, a Code of Ethics that will allow each of our Committees or Work Groups to benefit from clear collaboration rules.
The Code of Ethics has been adopted by the Executive Board of the association and will be approved by all its members at the beginning of 2016, during a Special Meeting of Members.
